- If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Delaware, USA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party may recover reasonable attorneys’ fees.
- Nothing in this section prevents you from pursuing claims in small claims court if eligible.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the bottom of this page and post the new Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
